The wagering strategy captures the entire customer experience and includes an exclusive WA retail license which requires continuous enhancement of the physical TAB wagering network. Competing against major corporate bookmakers via RWWA’s digital wagering platform, TABtouch, Mike’s division includes the brand and acquisition marketing team, product teams for digital and retail development, and customer intelligence and relationship teams.
The wagering division carries full responsibility for wagering profit and loss and supports commercial outcomes while also being a champion for responsible wagering.
