Elizabeth leads the Legal, Governance, and Risk team and the organisation’s People and Capability team.
The Legal Governance and Risk team balances risk with commercial, social, and community objectives, contributing significantly to corporate strategy and initiatives across RWWA and the industry at large.
The team also manages compliance, risk, internal audit, the responsible wagering program, legal matters and the insurance portfolio, fortifying RWWA’s position as a competitive and responsible gambling organisation.
Part of Elizabeth’s team provides corporate secretariat support and governance advice to the Board and Board Committees. Elizabeth also leads the People and Capability team which supports the business to invest in and develop our people and to offer a high-performing culture at RWWA focused on professional development and personal success.
